Question Access Report:Create multiple details on a single line

    Hi.
I am brand new to this forum. Thank you for reading my post.
I am a new user of Access with little formal training. Everything I have done has been by the seat of my pants trying to learn on my own.

I have a report that generates a list of Drafters and the actions they performed during a specific report cycle. This action may be repeated on several different categories.
I am currently filtering the date range and producing a report that reads like this

Brandon W created new drawings for the T film Card
Brandon W created new drawings for the K film Card
Brandon W created new drawings for the E film Card

My dilemma is the report can be quite long due to the number of categories possible and the number of drafters.

I am trying to get the report to produce a single line consolidating the three film cards and the same action performed on the cards.

BW created new drawings on the T, K, E film cards

All on one single line in the report.

If anyone has a suggestion that I may be able to use, I would really appreciate your assistance.

    Thank you.
    Bob
