Newbie question, can't create stored procedure

Hi,

I am trying to create a stored procedure within the Northwind Trader sample database per the instructions on this MS site:

The instructions are very clear for Access 2007:

2) In Microsoft Office Access 2007, click the Create tab.
...
3) In Access 2007, click Stored Procedure in the Other group.

OK, now I'm no moron but there is no "Stored Procedure" icon in the "Other" group and I have spent about two hours trying find some other way to do it.

Any idea where I can find this icon?

Seems I opened the Northwind Traders database when I should have opened the NWT PROJECT. My ultimate goal is to create a query-by-form in an Access database so whatever I learn has to be applicable in both modules.

Are stored procedures unique to Access projects? Is that why I don't see the icon where it is alleged to reside?
