Question Open form only, hide the ribbon bar.

I have a small access project completed for my office, I have almost everything turned off so only the user can see the main form, but I can't figure out how to hide the ribbon bar on the top, can you do this. This is access 2010 by the way.
    thanks,

    DoCmd.ShowToolbar "Ribbon", acToolbarNo
Use DoCmd.ShowToolbar "Ribbon", acToolbarYes to show it.

Thank you, but I am a real newbie, I only work in access occasionally and I have no idea where to put this command. Also, my main form takes up a full page, can I make it smaller on more centered on the project?
