    how to calculate hours

    hi
    does anyone know, how to calculate hours field for example if the schedule has no class, calculate how many hours where the selected field table with no class to total up how many hours all together for no class slot? well im trying to calculate three calculations with is no class slot, attend class slot and total overall hours class. btw, can we combined these 3 calculations in one query??


    anyone teach me steps by steps?

    how to calculate hours

    Are you storing the Classes in a separate table, do they have unique IDs as you could count the number relating to No Class.

    Well, the no class i stored under subject table. all the records are stored in schedule table. can u help me, based on my calculations? how to do ? im still very weak in access.. help me
