First of all, you are showing Employee Name as a text box.
We would also need to see how these fields are related.
    Is this all 1 table?

If your tables structure is correct (normalized) then code (VBA) may not be required.

A little more information or better yet an upload of your database would help.

    EDIT: BTW, welcome to AccessForums.

All the info is in 1 table (tbl_Master Employee Contact Info) and I am using frm_Change Employee Contact Info. I will attach DB as soon as I can figure out how.
