Non-Governmental Organization Database

Dear All,

I need your help with my first draft of the non-governmental organization database.

In this database we would have many areas.
Each area has one or many houses.
Each house has one and only one Shelter Technical Details.
Each House has one and only one WASH (Water Sanitation and Hygiene) Technical Details.
Each house has one and only one Bill of Quantity. (holding the needed items to fix such house)
Each house has one or many families living in it.
Each family has one and only one needs assessment.
The needs are divided into categories. (Baby Kit, Hygiene, etc...)

I have build draft tables with only the Primary Key and joined the relationships.

Can you check these tables and relationships and give me your opinion?

Seems like a reasonable start, but we have no details of WHAT the Business is.

If I want to specify the shelter type (house type) can I add a table called shelterTypeTbl and make a one to many relationship with the ShelterTbl ?
