    Need help in importing table

    Hi,

I got a question in importing table. Table looks like child data included, because when i open table it shows me + mark and when i extract it there are other records inside a main record.
I have to import this table where i should able to get the child data also, can some one help me how to import including child data.
Thank you very much for your help.
Below is the image how data looks in my table:

that's a parent child relationship table. Table consists of data with a + symbol , when i extract it there is another table structure and data.

    your descriptive terminology is baffling

you can use the 'External Data' feature of Access to import a table from another Access db - or link to that table in a connected mode (assuming it is on the same LAN)

that table may be indeed have a field that is cross referenced to other tables in its own db. (i.e. Parent-Child table relationships). So?.. it may - or - may not matter. If you need the data from that/those Child table(s) - then link or import those tables also. If you do not need that data from that/those Child tables then don't worry about it.....

let me add - perhaps I am misunderstanding your + symbol. Simply widen the column where you see that - - there can be a default symbol when a numerical column is too narrow.....this has no issue with your import....

or possibly you are describing the field that is created when someone has implemented the replication feature of an Access mdb...not sure...in any case - - assuming we are not managing replication - - just ignore this column....
