    Switchboard problem!

    Dear all,

Why cant i know how to open create a good switchboard?
could anyone please teach me how!
another thing, how do you create the mouse over special effect?
    and the alst IMPORTANT THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
------------> i have a form that is used as the start up form and from it you can know what to open (fake switchboard hehe) well, the thing is that if for example i want to open the client form then the form opens, what i mean is that it open and then in ur windows bar appears that it has been opened. In your switchboard, if you click for example on the CREATE/ EDIT OVERTIME RECORDS you actually go to a form but it doesnt open on the bar, do u know what i mean?
sometimes if i click on many things i have to start closing forms just to avoid the picture of having lots of things opened on my computer, and thats not professional at all.

can anyone please help me on this?
    i really appreciate it.
    thank u in advance :x

I can help you with the mouseover effect but I have my own issues with the switchboard.
To get the mouseover effect you must open your formin Design View, click on the object over which you see the "hover" then enter the text you want to display in the "controltip text" property.
