Copy paste all record value using clone function?

    Hi all,
Im fairly new to vba and i am currently working on a database that has a table form that can be updated by the users. I would like to add a button to the form that copies the records from the first line of the table and copies the information down to all visable cells in the respective column. I assmue I would use the recordset.clone function with a loop but i have not used it before and i cant find a good example of what im looking for online. Does anyone have an idea of how i can create this?
    Thanks

I am missing something I think.

Why would you want to copy data that is in your database over again?

Is there a little more to this?
