    Dates by Group?

I've created a report with dates. The problem, I have data starting from year 2006 to current 2009. How do I code for a cumulative order of dates? Example:1/01/2006, 1/01/2009, 1/01/2007.

I want the dates to appear in order by month-date-year.

To have dates appear in the right order in a crosstab, I use dddd/mm/yy. You could use the native number format that dates are stored as. If you want them displayed differently, reformat them again in the final report - either by nesting the original query or using the format property of text boxes in Access reports.
