    Forms Mouse Position in Twips

Is there a way to get the Mouse Position (X, Y) inside a form in twips?

I would like to position a picture box at the Mouse Position when I use the Mousedown Event
I know how to get the mouse position of my screen in pixels using POINTAPI but this doesn't give me the coordinates in the form to move the picture box.

    Any help would be appreciated
    Thanks
