Granting Permissions to certain records based on Windows logon

I'm new to these forums, so I apologize if this has been asked already and I just couldn't find the thread.

I'm creating a report within Access for purchase requisition done through SharePoint. When you open the document, I want it to be able to display the Purchase Reqs for a certain date range specific to the user that opened the report. As of now, I can open it up and see every PR from the date range I specified; however when a non-admin uses this report, I want that person to only see the PRs they've requested.

Any idea's on how I could accomplish this? I've tried pulling in the Windows user name and comparing it to a table I created with user names and their access; but can't seem to find the right way to configure my query.

    Thanks for any help!
