    Training recommendations

Hello all, I am fairly new to access. I have used it some in the past and with my recent job promotion I am starting to use it more and more. I know a lot of the basics, but some of the things my boss wants me to do are more advanced than I am used to. Are there any training programs out there that you recommend? I can probably get my boss to pay for it, but the lower the cost the better. Thanks in advance for your help!

Everything I've done with Access has been self taught with a lot of web crawling for answers.

What I would recommend very strong is that you understand data normalization (there are metric ton of articles about normalization available on the web). Once you understand that you'll have a good foundation for pretty much anything you do with MS access. A lot of the problems I've seen on these forums come from bad database design, you'll make your life infinitely easier by setting things up correctly from the start.
