I would like to do a mass emailing using a list (table or query) from an Access (2010) database and do a form letter in Word (2010). I would like to save each individual letter with the unique ID (UID) from the Access table and then use Access to send the file to each individual from a contacts table. I would attach the file from an attachment table that includes the file name (with the UID) and the file location. I am set in Access to send the mass email, but I am not sure how to create the file with the UID any help would be greatly appreciated.
