Linking a login name to specific data in the table

    Hello,

My users are sheriff deputies and will use their employee numbers to enter their calls at the end of shift. Through a form they will enter their employee number, time call was received, time call was cleared and the type of call (from a drop down list). I only want them to be able to enter, change, delete and see their own calls based on their employee number.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

    Thanks,

Apply a filter to the records.

Constraining records to a user login ID is a common topic in forum. Start with https://www.accessforums.net/forms/u...gin-22943.html
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
