    search records on subform

    hi guys
    im creating search form on access to search any records on Subject table. inside of subject table contain subject id, subject name and group class.
    the question is can i create 1 search box to search any these three key words on subforms??

    has anyone know how to fix this? maybe someone can fix the search error problem.. even i clear search still not working..

    see the attached db

    like so?

    some suggestions;
    i like to use filter as it will only show results that match the criteria.
    ur forms, subfrms, controls could be better named. read this http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/...d.php?t=225837

    well.. i try and test it..it works perfectly i prefer this method... if advance method, it take long time to edit some codes.
    Oh yeah.. one more thing, since i test the search form works properly, lets say if i search any keywords but not match found, Error message pop up on screen says " Search not found. Please try again" is it possible to do that?

    Thanks
