Error on generation of report

Ok this should not be happening... I have a text box and the input is:


="4. Height " &[height]& "inches"
When I view the report that line says #error
When I just drag the field height into the report it says:
Height: 73
So why do I get an error only on this field??? This is like the 40th report ive designed and first time I got this unless code was wrong. But its right.....please help.

Ok so I have a workaround and I just moved and rescaled me height variable to fit on the line. But I shouldnt have to do it that way.
