    Question Using Access Projects

    Hello Everyone,



    I am interested in knowing about Access projects. When do I use this and I also see that this requires SQL server download . Can anyone please explain how this setup works and for what all we can use this...Tnx

    You do not need SQL Server, Access is a database. You can consider using it when ever you need to manage or manipulate volumes of data. Maybe you should consider taking a course or going through some of the online tutorials.

    But when I open a File -> new and select project its searching for a SQL server what is this important to select one of them..

    can you also suggest some good online tutorial link ...tnx again

    I have attached a doc that goes through the steps to open a new (blank) database. There are some Access tutorials on Microsoft's site. Starting there might be good. I haven't used any because I took a couple of courses. Good Luck
