Need Help Please with reformatting a template so I can access all data

    Hello,
I am using a template that I downloaded off of MicrosoftOffice.com. I really like the setup but I need to make a few modifications to it, but the modifications I want to make I can not do due to it being a web-based(I think). I am a newbie to access and I am slowly learning about macros, vba codes, formatting, and what not. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    pjmiller727

    Google: Access editing web database

I see several tutorials, including YouTube videos. Unfortunately cannot open the YouTube right now.

We need details. In what way do you want to change the process? If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post. Give a full description of what you want, what you have tried, what issues you encountered.

I have attached the db. If you noticed it is a template titled desktop services. it has a login form but i would like to change it to the set up that is in the 2nd attachment. both files are .zip format.
    File 1. DB 2010 Repair OrdersRepair Orders.zip
    File 2. DB Multi-user Login loginexample.zip

I want to incorparate the multi user login into the repair database and have it as the first thing that is seen when you open the data base.

Build a login form (or edit the existing form) that looks like what you want and create macros that replicate the VBA Event Procedures.

Change the default form when file opens. Click File>Options>CurrentDatabase>DisplayForm
