Tricky Report question. Involving results from two queries.

I want to create a report that I can export out straight to PDF and send it to the client.

Here is where I am having issues.

Ideally, I want my repor to look like this

    Product A ( or B or C)

    A) Numerical data about product from query 1
B)) Numerical data about product from query 1
    C) Numerical data about product from query 1
    D) Numerical data about product from query 2

    Then Repeat for product B

The issue I am having is that if i do a sub report, Item D comes out at the bottom of the report. So it isnt a straight list of data for each product. It looks like this

    Product A ( or B or C)

    A) Numerical data about product from query 1
B)) Numerical data about product from query 1
    C) Numerical data about product from query 1

Repeat for Product B and C

    AND THEN,

    Sub report for Product A
    D) Numerical date from query 2
    Sub report for Product B
    D) Numerical data from query 2

any idea on how to resolve?

Did you define a Product group section?

Want to provide db for analysis? Follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
