Issue with Access Data Collection Replies

I was able to successfully send and email from access to collect data when I did a test with an employee. When a got a reply, I right click on the email from Outlook and selected the option "Export Data to Access". For the most part the database was updated with the new data. One of the fields in the table is a look up field of employee initials. When I did a parameter query for the initials of the employee that I did the test with, I get zero results, but when I go to the table the information is still there. To be sure it's not a issue with the query design, I did a test of 2 other employees and I got results.

Does someone know why this is happening?

Be aware, CollectData is removed from Access 2013.

I NEVER set lookups in tables http://access.mvps.org/access/lookupfields.htm

Would have to examine data and query. Follow instructions at bottom of my post if you need further help.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
