The query needs to join the two tables then make it a GROUP BY (Totals) aggregate query. This is basic functionality. Access Help (or Google the topic) has guidelines on using query designer to build this query.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
