    export data on excel file

    hi everybody

    i face a big problem
    i'm using microsoft office 2007
    when i export data from query to excel file i find some of records not accurate

    the exported table its fields as the following :

    code : text
    item : text
    unit : text
    Stock : Number . the problem in this record
    this record is grouped by sum in the query.

    sometimes in access query file when code = 1 stock = 100
    when i check excel file i find code = 1 and stock = 150

    that's happen in some fields only and remeaning fields its ok
    and when i export the query again some problem happen but with another fields

    another note records quantity in the table more than 4000 record



    please anyone help me
