Can the two databases not talk to each other via linked tables? How have you got things set up at the moment?

    Question reply..please check..

We have a VB6 project using MS access as back end.The data has to be transferred from one system to another. We need to update the records in the second system.they have placed a text file inorder for that(we assume,we arent sure)

I will paste a text file here. Please let us know what exactly this text file is doing.and how it was created.and What type of format it is.For report,we are using crystal report.Or is the mentioned text file,a convertion of the report file.?

    TEXT FILE:schedule.txt.

The text file file lloks like it has been automatically generated by some sort of proprietory system. It is using # keys as delimiters. It does not contain field headings so it is hard to decypher. Also it contains alot of key sequences. I would suggest you find out the source of the data and find out how it is being generated. And to see if you have any control of how it is being generated.
