    Newbie Here & Stuck


    Hi All im new and have not got a clue

    I have set up a database with all my customers name & address details.

    What i am wanting todo now is print those customers name & addresses on a PDF order form i have already created is there any way i can do this.

    Not sure about that but you can create a report in Access and output that to pdf. I use Lebans code for this. have a look at the below link:

    hi ther thanks for the reply ive clicked the link and it now says site closed from september.

    Yes i could do that but what i need would be each individuals name & address printed on the pdf order form.

    Ive attached and example of the type of order form i need to put the details on from the database.

    You can do this in Word by using a MailMege but am not sure about pdf.

    A mailmerge links to a table or query in your database and will creat a seperate doc for each record. You can add fields from the linked table/query to your mailmerge document. It is quite easy. Do a search for mailmerge in Google and i'm sure you will find lots of tutorials.
    All you need to do is create you order form in Word and then follow one of the tutorials
