Post Scrub Data Problem Please Help

Hi all. I'm new to Access.
I'm trying to scrub the memo from employee's time entry.

    Example:
Memo: I worked on WorkID#45010 and it's complete. After that I start data input on 63210.

What I need is to detect only the number and put them in two different field (or in even more field if employee work on more that day) as follows:

    Field1: 45010
    Field2: 63210

Is there a way to do it? Just need to detect the numbers but not the "#" since not everyone put "#".

Thank you guys. I'd appreciate yours help.

This is really a design issue where someone (the database creator) has used a unstructured memo field for purposes that require a structured field. ( Improper use of memo field.)
Is your scrubbing a one-time clean up or are you planning on doing this repeatedly?
Are all numbers 5 digits in length?

I suggest you research data base design. And also memo fields.
