kind of an odd question... Access changes keyboard to french?

I wasn't sure if I should make a whim thread or not here, but occasionally (maybe half the day) Access switches the keyboard over to french so I have to go to character map to make simples things like quotes and brackets

checked the keyboard settings, and they remain english the whole time

restart access and it seems to work fine, any ideas ??? maybe this isn't an access issue?

I think you will find this to be outside of Access. Do you have any other programs running that deal with the keyboard? You could also have some flaky RAM.
