Question Access 2010 Form Combo Box results based on selection in another Combo Box

    Hello, Help!

I have a form with one field (Vendors), whereas once a vendor is selected I want products for only that vendor to populate a second field (item description) to choose from. I have figured out that it's an after update event but I don't know how to write it.

One issue I'm concerned with, in prep, is I have created ONE table that includes all vendors (contact info, etc.) and ONE table EACH for vendors products. Did I make it harder for myself? Should I combine all vendor products in one table before trying to make the dependent combo boxes work with each other, in the form?

    Sounds like you want this:

    Baldy-Cascading Combos

and yes, you likely want the products in one table.
