    #Error

    Hello

I have a report with a Text box under footer. The control source is =([Text32]-[Text34]+[Text37]). The text box works fine as long as the data all fits in one page. If the data goes over one page than i get #Error on the text box. Why is this happening????

    Thank You

Table didn't have enough records for multiple pages. I simply copied existing records to create enough for multiple pages. Do not get #ERROR. Provide db with recordset that produces the error.

Something else I did and didn't think to mention because I did it only as a convenience so I didn't have to keep opening form to reenter dates - I disabled the line of code that closes the form. Report runs without #Error. Apparently, as each report page renders, the expression in textbox recalculates and needs the date value on form. Since the form closes after code to open report, the date info is available for first page render but not following pages.

Simplest thing to do is don't close the form automatically. Remove that line from code. There are other more complicated approaches.

On Property Sheet Other tab might find Vertical property. Don't remember if it was there for 2003.
