    Bugs, errors in 2007

Perhaps someone can help me move in the right direction.

First, when I am created a calculated field, using the builder, it works perfect at home. When I get to class, I use the builder and it does weird stuff. If I type in a formula wrong, it doesn't prompt me to fix the error. (Is there a way to turn this on or off?)
Second, it defaults not to show the field'; when I select show, sometimes it deletes out my formula from the calculated field.
Third, sometimes I run my query and the calculated field simply disappears.

This is really strange, and I am not new to Access. Are their major bugs in 2007 that have still yet to be worked out????

Thanks in advance for any help! and yes, I have completed all the updates that Access has.

Any chance in "Class" the OS is Vista? That might be the issue.

I'm sorry but I have no idea why the system is performing the way it is.
