    Hopefully you have a backup.

If the Visual Basic for Applications project is corrupted, forms, reports, and modules also get corrupted by this corruption. You should use "Compact & Repair" utility to repair your database. If it does not work then you should try third party Access Database Recovery Software to repair corrupt access database.

I haven't encountered those errors before but it looks like it's choking on trying to load a reference (vb scripting reference). Have you tried reinstalling MS access?

I did not re-install MS access. If you got these error messages, I will never recommend you to re-install access database because in this case you can lost your data. If the data is not precious then You can try following steps to re-install MS access:

Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click Add or Remove Programs, click Microsoft Office 2003, and then click Change.
In the Microsoft Office 2003 Setup dialog box, click Reinstall or Repair, and then click Next.
Click either Reinstall Office or Detect and Repair errors in my Office installation, and then click Install.

In fact the best solution to this problem is to delete the VBA folder (I don't remember the folder location) and then repair MS Office. That worked for me.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
