Open Report is opening one record only

I am having the most unusual problem.

When I open a report (GetYPInfoRep), either by double-click or by button, it opens only 1 record. It's sorted, so it opens the first record.

The Record Source is simply a table (YPsT).

When I use my "get selected YP button," it correctly opens the same report for that YP.

I have a similar report (GetOrgInfoRep), and it works perfectly -- giving me the report for all Orgs. I compared all the Properties, and they are the same! Neither has any event.

I feel like I am overlooking the obvious, but I can't seem to think of what it can be!

Thanks in advance for any thoughts!

Oh, June, thank you so much! Copy of Event.zip

May I please impose on you to look at the question at this post, also? I think it must also be a simple solution that I am missing the obvious on.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!

Did you notice I changed my status from Advanced Beginner to Learning? And I have learned so much from you all. I actually solved several items yesterday that I would have had to post even just a week ago!!!

    Thank you again!!!

You have the data controls in Report header. If you want the report to display all records then put controls in Detail section. Can set ForceNewPage property for each record to print on separate pages. Unfortunately that creates a blank last page.

Or create a Group for the YPCompany, like you did for OrgName in the GetOrgInfoRep.
