    Access 2007 Security Features

I am trying to make my Access database protected so it can only be edited by myself and one other colleague.

I understand the security features between Access 2003 and 2007 have changed - the latter having dropped any kind of protection filtering system.

Is there anything to replace this?

How can I make my database read-only for everyone but me (and one other)?

    confused & bemused
