Table Design -- want to avoid a design that creates blank fields

The goal is to create a table for those individuals who have websites. There are 4 different kinds of websites:

    Academic
    Personal
    Other
    Student

I've designed a mock-up of two designs. Which is best? Is there a better design than what I've come up with so far? I started with the first one and then realized this introduces blank fields, which I want to avoid.

The second is closer to a normalized design, but I'd also have a field for the type. I could theoretically have 2 websites, in which case I'd have 2 records in that table. There's nothing to say I couldn't have 2 of the same type, which the first design couldn't handle, nor would it handle a new type without design changes.

What would be the best way to create a field for a second website -- because now I've just run across that issue. Should I create a new table for 2nd websites and link it via a drop down box to the first website table?

A field for the type worked perfectly. Don't know why I didn't think of that. Thanks for your help.
