Multi-User Access Open Database problem

I have an Access 2010 Database created for 5 users. I can open the database and have no issues whatsoever. The 5 user's on the other hand open the database and after 15-30 seconds the database closes No error message nothing it's just no longer there. I had the folder open and watched the lcd file is created and then is gone. I've checked and the users have full access to the folder. they each have MS Access 2010 installed. I'm at a loss anybody have an idea

Just tried something thought I'd post it here. I split the database and moved the front end to the local PC. Opened the Database and it worked fine until I clicked on the Enable button for the trust center the db then exits and every subsequent attempt to open the db results as stated in the original posting.
