Query for Graph - showing field autonumber not field name

    Hi all,

Can anyone shed some light on the following issue?

I know it is simple to do I just can't figure it out...

I have a form which logs errors at the various sites within my business.

I have a combo box on my form called strStation reading from a Table called tlkpStation.

Within that table I have three fields, Station ID - autonumber, Station Code and Station Name.

I'm running a query to count the number of times each station has had an error.

Now I can get the query to produce the correct data, e.g. Tampa - 2 errors.

However, when I produce a graph to show this data it is showing the autonumber (Station ID) from the tlkpStation instead of the Station Name.

So for example the graph shows 2 errors at Station 8. Where in tlkpStation, this number 8 refers to Tampa.

How do I get the graph to show the Station name instead of following the relationship through and outputting the unique station ID?

    I hope that makes sense.

    Thanks for any help.

I'm guessing you are using "Lookup Fields" in your table: http://www.lebans.com/recnavbuttons.htm
