    Total number of data in datasheet view

    Hi


    How can show the "Total number of data" in the end or beginning of datasheet view of a filter search query?

    Table or query in Datasheet view, click the Totals button on toolbar. This will open a 'Totals' row at bottom of table/query. Select the desired aggregate function under column.

    Ooops, looks like that is a new feature in Access 2007. If 2003 can't do that, then need a form or report to show totals along with detail data.
