Update query problems, please help!

Hello all,



I have a table containing three columns containing:

the ID's of all adverts running through my site,
the amount of clicks on each advert
the date that the advert was last updated.

Every week I get a excel file that shows me how many clicks each of the adverts have gotten and the late date they were updated. What I need is a update query that will update the adverts in my table with the new amount of clicks and the correct date.

Any ideas? Please help!

so the advert ID is the same in both the table and excel file I just want to change the clicks in the table with the clicks in the excel file
