Is there an easy way to make a full page address labels (30 to a sheet) without having to create it by dimensions? I can't seem to get all the dimensions correct.

I'm pretty sure that the Access Report generator knows about Avery labels.
Well, I've tried and I can't seem to find it. Any steps you can suggest would be greatly appreciated.
Give me a minute to load ac2007.
From the Create Ribbon in the Report section there is a "Labels" button. Is that what you are using?
yes, and it asks you to give all the dimensions instead of letting you choose a full sheet avery labels. I cannot get it to match. Spent a lot of time on it and still can't get it right.
Mine has a "Filter by Manufacturer:" ComboBox toward the bottom right. Avery is one of the selections possible.
Yes, I went there and it will only let me print on the first label only. It doesn't let me have 3 across the top with 10 rows down. It only gives me 1 label, the first one.
Then in the ListBox in the upper portion you scroll until your label is highlighted. Does yours scroll?
Did you fall asleep?
Oh sorry!! I got off and had to leave and wasn't able to get on here until now. I'm so sorry. You are trying to help me and I had to leave. You still there today?
Yes, it scrolls down. First off, it doesn't have the Avery labels 5160. I chose the Avery 4144 because it said 3 across. I was just going to try to see if it worked. I need it to print 30 addresses but it will only give me the 1st label to use, not a full sheet.
I found 5160 in the sheet feed but still can't get it to print the same address on all 30 labels. If I filter for the ID it only lets me have 1 label of that address in the 1st spot.
Have you tried putting your requirement in a small 30 iteration loop?
I don't have ac2007 and don't work much with labels, but I'm quite sure if you can access what you want replicated 30 times, some vba can be concocted to do so.
I don't know how to do that. I only work with Access on the outside not the inside, like the programming. I wish I took a class on that cause I use it all the time. My right shoulder is hurting right now cause I've been messing with this and basically doing the same thing over and over because I'm not smart enough to figure it out. lol
