Exporting a Relationship Diagram from Access to SQL Server 2kR2

I have an Access 2007 Front End and SQL Server 2008 R2 as the backend. I have defined the table relationships in the Front End and now the client wants me to put it in SQL Server. Is there a way I can export the relationships to a file and them import them into SQL Server... or just export/import the relationships in one step.
