Changing data in excel from access

I am a newbie and have a form all setup and now have to add another form. this is the problem. I have an excel page that i would like to be able to update in access from a form.
Can this be done? kind of looking for a dynamic type sheet.

Unfortunately Access only reads the data from Excel you have to be in Excel to actually change the data. That is of course if you are using bound forms. However, you can run queries and exports to update Excel workbooks with automation. Alot depends on what you are wanting to update, is is singular cells, rows, columns, entire worksheet, etc.
