Query Help with relationships!

Hi, I have to tables that have field connected through a relationship. However, when I create a table with these two queries and edit the joint type to show the ones that are both equal, nothing appears when I run the query. Does anybody know why this is? There are a couple entries from table 1 that are in table 2 and those should show up.

How are the tables related? Could you zip and post a copy of the database with sample data that illustrates the problem?
