    Gift Certicifate ID Table
    ID Certicifate Price
    1 Gift Certificate $20 $20
    2 Gift Certificate $50 $50

To distribute the gift certicifate from Office to Customer Service
date sale ID Certificate ID Begining No Last No. count
    07/15/12 1 Gift Certificate $20 1 10 10
    2 Gift Certificate $50 101 110 10

    I have 10 Gift Certificate $20 from No.1 to No. 10
If Sale is From No. 3 to No. 8 at gift Certificat $20.
