Question Intrinsic filter tool undoes itself?

    Hello,

I have a multiple items form based on a query (which is based on two tables, a parent and child, and is filtered in some fields based on criteria I gave). I can use the intrinsic filter and sort tool on most of the fields in this form, but not on two specific ones. Basically what happens is that the filter doesn't 'take'-- Access gets slow and then sort of frozen for a quick moment, and then the filter is automatically undone. Why would this be? Not sure if this is relevant, but I made an observation that both of the filter-resistant fields are "checkboxes" where users can select one or more values (one field takes its potential values from another table, and the other field's set of values I set myself).

Your help is very much appreciated!

Well, I'm not sure what was happening but it's no longer happening.
