    The last three columns in this report are attachment fields. How do I suppress the records that DO NOT HAVE ATTACHMENTS?

    Thank you.

    An Attachment field has subfields of FileDate, FileName, FileType.
    In the report's RecordSource query, drag FileName to the query grid, apply criteria of Not Is Null.

    Like this:

    SELECT *, fieldname.FileName
    FROM tablename
    WHERE Not fieldname.FileName Is Null;
    How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
