    Multiple Query data in Report

    Afternoon all!

I currently have 4 queries that show different information depending on the 'Server Name', and what I would like to do is include all of these in 1 subreport; as it would be much more preferable to have 1 report with 1 set of headings, rather than a new set of headings for every single server (it just looks messy!).

I'm aware that the fix for this would be 'grouping' out of the original table, however that isn't an option as I have calculation queries aiding the 4 main ones so it's not something i can pull out of the table.

Is there a way to actually use 4 queries? When I try I get the "you have chosen fields from record sources that the wizard cant connect" error.

    Ta in advance

Depends on the nature of the 4 queries. Perhaps a UNION is what you need?

Why do you have 4 queries if the data and calcs are from same source?

Do you want to provide project for analysis? Follow instructions at bottom of my post.

I have 4 queries because it has to use FIRST and LAST for each variation to provide difference calculations between dates, so isn't something I can do with 1 query. Thank you for the recommendation, I will looking into UNION, i'm not sure what 'provide project for analysis' means?

    You, Sir. Are a genius...

Exactly what I wanted; UNION Query. It will add another layer of queries, but it will work!!

    Thank you!

'Provide project for analysis' means (per instructions at bottom of my post) attach file to post so readers can download and work with.
