Display previous quarter data when quarter is selected

I have an input form the the user can enter values into.The user will select location and quarter. On the onclick event for the Quarter dropdown selection, I want the previous quarters data to be displayed at the bottom of the input form in a nice table format. Is there a way to accomplish this?

One way is with a subform and another is with listbox. Just can't easily control the text alignment in listbox. Either will require code to requery the control after the quarter is selected.
