Export a form data with attachment

Hi All,



I am currently using a windows 7 32 bit machine with access 2010.

I have created a form with a search box which will display the information from a table with the attachment (JPEG) file as a display photo for the record. However I would like to have a download button with which I should be able to download the form information into a word file and the attachment either as a part of the word document or as a separate file.

Can someone please guide me on how i can achieve this?
