I need to send out emails to a group of a couple hundred people but each report needs to contain between 1 - 20 pieces of data from a table that is specific to the reciepient.
My table looks like this:
email item
tom@email.com apple
tom@email.com orange
tom@email.com banana
bob@email.com coke
bob@email.com pepsi
bob@email.com Mountain Dew
What I need is for an email to go out like this:
TO:tom@email.com
Subject: Your needed information is:
Apple
Orange
Banana
Sincerly,

Sooooo, any help would be greatly appreciated. I built a database that did this like 4-5 years ago....my ex kept the PC that had that database and I haven't worked with Access much in the last few years.
