How to show the administer button on the "Database Tools" Ribbon

Good Morning everyone.


I cannot see the "administer" button on the "Database Tools" Ribbon for some of the databases but yet there are on one.

How can it be made to appear on any?

but otherwise can you live with the 'Administer' button/icon on the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT)? Left-click on the QAT; select customize, select all commands, highlight Administer and click on the arrow to move it to the right-hand pane.
